Knight’s Shield – Green and White

Epic Armourys Knight Shield is a large shield inspired by heater shields used for jousting in the 15th century. A hand painted green, white and gold striped face mimics a traditional heraldry design. The rim is detailed to look like metal with brass studs. While the design is simple, this Knight Shield is timeless and classic.

Wear this Knight Shield left or right handed with the use of the three sets of leather arm straps on the back, secured through hard EVA foam for a reliable and solid grip made to last. A variety of wearing configurations are possible with the adjustable straps. You can feel confident that this latex shield will withstand the continued abuse of a LARP with regular latex maintenance.

All latex-coated shields need a certain degree of maintenance. For this we recommend using maintenance silicone which can be purchased separately. Epic Armoury Maintenance Silicone is an easy, spray-on application, 100% pure and acid-free making it safe to apply. We recommend using Maintenance Silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the latex-coats flexibility and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product wear and tear resistant.

Store your latex shields flat –NEVER on the tip (if applicable). Use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface to prevent your weapon from adhering to other products. Keep your shield in a cool, dry environment.
